This is a coffee table book, that has photos of the expeditions Nabs undertook in 2009 along with his daily write up of events. The expeditions covered are the trek to become the first Arab to walk to the magnetic North Pole, CDR Ryan’s world record traverse of Lands End to John O’Groats in a wheelchair, climbing the highest mountain in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro, and becoming the second Arab to climb the highest mountain in Antarctica, Mt Vinson.
Every even page is illustrated with a large colour landscape photograph, and every odd page is split evenly between text and photographs.
